LOST LOGIC

■Story A young man has wandered into an ancient world and must find a way back home. Discover items that allow you to defeat monsters, venture underground, and slay the ancient dragon lurking below to escape to your original world.

■Features This is a short action RPG with screen-by-screen movement in four directions. 

This homebrew 8‑bit retro title was crafted with NESMaker, with basic operation verified on both emulators and a real Famicom console.

■How to Play A five-digit number serves as the password. An old man will tell you the password as the story progresses. 

Touch the old man and go to the room on the right to see the password in the upper-left corner.PASS on the screen shows a five-digit password. 

All dialogue is displayed in Japanese.

To resume the game using the password, please collect the number tiles in the correct order.

If LIFE reaches zero, the game is over.

When you obtain certain items, an icon will appear in the upper-right corner of the screen and your abilities will be powered up. People in the town will give you hints about what each power-up does, so talk to them and try different things.

Controls are limited to the directional pad.

■Note This game was created by a beginner. Although I have tested it thoroughly, please forgive any issues that may remain.

Some parts of the scripting were inspired by tutorials from the New 8 bit Heroes YouTube channel.
